Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for signing up with iris florets!
Upon enrolling in a program with Iris Florets, you agree to abide by the school policies.
- No refund will be granted once the payment is done.
- If a student makes duplicate/excess fee payment by mistake, the amount will be refunded via the same source. The parent should contact the school admin to raise a request.
- As a measure of goodwill, we will accept refund requests in exceptional cases. However, in all matters concerning admission withdrawal, the decision of refund is at the discretion of the management.
- Please note that full fee will not be refunded in any circumstances.
- You are allowed to raise refund request only before the commencement of Academic Session, within a period of 7 days.
- The amount will be refunded only after due verification and/or within 30 days after receipt of the complaint.
